U.S. Customers: For your convenience, VKNAGRANI phone and Internet purchases that shipped to a U.S. address may be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days of original purchase (EXCEPT FOR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS). Requests for store credit or exchange of merchandise purchased must be accompanied by the original receipt. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be exchanged.
Our golden ticket is NOT applicable to socks; golden tickets are limited to one use per customer only.
Please email us at email@example.com to request for a return label. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue store credits in accordance with this policy. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
Your name and billing address.
The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
The item number of the merchandise, if available.
